Who we are
MALIN PERFORMANCE LTD is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17239293). Registered address: London, UK. These terms apply to all purchases made through malinperformance.com.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable or if there is a pricing error.
Apparel
Apparel is printed to order. Please allow 5–10 working days for production and dispatch. Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled. For sizing queries before ordering, see our Sizing Guide.
Digital products
Digital products (training programmes and similar) are delivered by email link and are available immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@malinperformance.com with your order number to begin a return. Return postage is at the buyer's cost unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@malinperformance.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, imagery, design, and digital products — is the intellectual property of MALIN PERFORMANCE LTD. It may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods or services you purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
